Why do you represent Morse Watchmans products?
"I had the opportunity to propose and sell some Morse Watchman products before 2014, especially the Keywatcher system. Immediately I realized that the system was friendly and also very reliable. Every Keywatcher user is a satisfied customer and that’s exactly the feedback you want to get after a sale! In 2014 a new and satisfying journey started, I opened my own business as a representative of Morse Watchmans products in PORTUGAL."
What are your top strengths and how do they apply to your role as a dealer for Morse Watchmans?
Honesty: "Honesty is very important to me and I know that Morse Watchmans products and personnel offer me the best complement to promote reliable solutions."
Patience: "This is a special one since we always have competition. I work hard to figure out if the potential customer is looking for the best price or the best solution! Some projects are challenging, we carefully have to understand the targets needs, so therefore, we try to schedule online demos to pop out that feature that might make the difference! If sometimes we don’t have it, we create it! This patience and effort have given us the ability to develop and set systems on our own Cloud, Web interface, Request forms, Special Reservations and Customized Reports."
Flexibility: "I have the ability to see the business in a different angle and move in that direction. For instance, when a deal seems to run away, we immediately offer a 30 day system experience free of charge to prove the reliability of the system or sometimes to convince someone that our solution works or suits a certain need or 3rd party integration."
What do you like to do when you are not at work?
"I live in Espinho near the beach and I like to go out for a walk by the sea. I practice sports 2 to 3 times a week. I play soccer, squash and paddle tennis. I also love to travel, go out at night to nice restaurant, bar, or movie theater."
What do you like most about your job?
"As a Morse Watchmans Dealer I have the opportunity to travel around the country and meet people from all kind of sectors. Everyone actually has keys so when it comes to management, I just believe I’m the one!"
