What are your top strengths and how do they apply to your role as a Morse Watchmans dealer?
"In the Midwest, we find that a personal handshake and integrity sets us apart from our competitors. To date, we have over 550 customers and 420 plus KeyWatchers sold and that speaks volumes when working with a new customer. We also use CRM technology to track information about our customers to give us the best picture of their overall needs. We then make sure those needs are met with excellent key management from hardware to software to key management strategy."
What do you like to do when you are not at work?
Scott and Nick both enjoy boating and golf and spending time with family. Scott has eight grandkids - with one more on the way from Nick and his wife - which keeps them both very busy.
What do you like most about your job?
"Helping people. It is something that our family always does on a personal level, and we enjoy bringing that to work every day."
