a. Choose your system/cabinet type as shown above.
b. Drag and drop the modules you want.
c. Print out your system configuration, email it to yourself or a friend, and/or submit it to us.
d. Our team will follow up with you once it is submitted for further information and a quote.
Which KeyWatcher system is right for my facility?
There are numerous configurations and options to choose from. Our KeyWatcher systems are built to meet your precise key control and asset management needs. These tips will help guide you:
- Consider your key volume & facility size. This helps determine your module needs and cabinet layout. You do not have to get it exact. There are KeyRings and color-coded hubs and SmartKeys to help you manage departments and key groups. A KeyWatcher product expert will help you fine tune your design.
- Measure the area where you plan to put the cabinets. The configurator helps you with the design process and gives you dimensions. Keep in mind that our KeyWatcher systems are modular, expandable, and configurable, making it easy to add-on as your needs grow and change.
- Think about your authentication needs to access the system. There are several options to access the system; card, fingerprint, or PIN access, based on your preference and security requirements. Choose what makes the most sense to you based on your current access control systems, including HR/badging systems already in place and what will suit your needs best.
